This Settlement Agreement may be executed by the Parties (and signed off on as having been reviewed and approved as to form by counsel of record) through counterpart signature pages (and not as part of one document bearing all signatures consecutively), all of which, when taken together, shall constitute satisfaction of the signature requirements.
