COUNTERPARTS AND CONTROLLING LANGUAGE. This Agreement may be executed in separate counterparts each of which, when signed, shall be assumed to be an original and each of such counterparts shall constitute the same agreement. This Agreement may be translated into other languages and in the event of conflict between this document in the English language and any version thereof in a different language, the English language version of this Agreement shall prevail.
