Common use of Counterparts and Copies Clause in Contracts

Counterparts and Copies. This agreement (including Schedule 1) is made on 18 pages and Annexure A (Salary Structure) and may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which when executed shall constitute an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile or electronic (i.e. PDF, DocuSign, EchoSign) signature by a Party shall constitute valid and binding due execution of this Agreement by such Party and advanced electronic signatures of the Parties shall be considered to be originals.
