Common use of Counterparts and Copies Clause in Contracts

Counterparts and Copies. This Agreement may be fully executed in separate counterparts by each of the parties hereto, such counterparts when combined constituting but one and the same instrument. Such counterparts may be exchanged electronically via e-mail or facsimile transmission, which shall be deemed an original. A copy of this Agreement shall have the same full force and effect as the original.
