Counterparts and Electronic Transmission. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, all of which together shall be deemed to be one original, even if the parties have not executed the same original. Electronic transmission of any signed original document, and retransmission of any signed electronic transmission, shall be the same as delivery of an original.
