Common use of Counterparts and Execution Clause in Contracts

Counterparts and Execution. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original Agreement for all purposes, and all of which when taken together shall constitute one Agreement among each of the parties hereto, notwithstanding that all of the parties are not signatories to the original or the same counterpart.
