Common use of Counterparts and Execution Clause in Contracts

Counterparts and Execution. This Contract may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument. The Parties agree that computer scanned and/or faxed signatures or copies of this Contract will have the same validity and force as an “original.”
