Counterparts and Execution. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. All Parties to this Agreement acknowledge that they are relying upon the advice of counsel and enter into this Agreement pursuant to their own free will.
