Counterparts and Facsimile Transmission Copies of Originals. This Agreement may be executed in several original or facsimile copy counterparts and all so executed and transmitted shall constitute one Agreement, binding on all the parties hereto even though all the parties are not signatories to the original or the same counterpart. Facsimile transmitted signatures shall be deemed valid as though they were originals and the parties may perform any and all obligations and duties in reliance on the facsimile copies.
