Counterparts and Faxed Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be an original but all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same Agreement. Faxed signatures shall be deemed valid and enforceable in lieu of original signatures.
