Common use of Counterparts and Formal Date Clause in Contracts

Counterparts and Formal Date. This Indenture may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which so executed shall be deemed to be an original, but all of which shall together constitute one and the same instrument and notwithstanding their date of execution shall be deemed to bear a date as of the date hereof. Without limiting the foregoing, if the signatures on behalf of one party to this Indenture are on different counterparts, this shall be taken to be, and have the same effect as, signatures on the same counterpart and on a single copy of this Indenture.
