Common use of Counterparts and Formal Date Clause in Contracts

Counterparts and Formal Date. This Indenture may be executed in several original or facsimile counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and the counterparts together shall constitute one and the same instrument and notwithstanding their date of execution shall be deemed to bear the date as of September 23, 2005.
