COUNTERPARTS AND GOVERNING LAW. The Agreement may be executed by electronic transmission and in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument. The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, excepting its principles of conflict of laws.
