COUNTERPARTS AND GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, and shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland without regard to conflicts of law. Each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court within Vaud, Switzerland, and agrees that service of documents commencing any legal action may be made on such party in the manner provided for giving notice hereunder.
