Counterparts and Imaged Copies. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed to be an original and all of which when taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument. The parties agree that faxed signatures and electronically imaged signatures such as .pdf files evidencing original signatures shall be acceptable for purposes of delivery and shall be binding on the parties hereto.
