Common use of Counterparts and Notice Clause in Contracts

Counterparts and Notice. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original. Any notice required to be given under this Agreement shall be deemed given when received, in writing addressed and delivered, by certified mail, by hand or via overnight delivery service as follows: If to the Trust: 300 Xxxx Xxxxxx Drive, 5th Floor If to the Adviser: 300 Xxxx Xxxxxx Drive, 5th Floor If to Portfolio Manager: 70 Xxxx Xxxxx, 0xx Floor The Portfolio Manager may transmit information from time to time by email in PDF, Microsoft Word, or other formats which can be readily viewed, printed and saved. The Trust hereby consents to electronic delivery of such information and acknowledges that it may revoke its consent to receive communications electronically at any time.
