Common use of Counterparts and Telecopies Clause in Contracts

Counterparts and Telecopies. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, or by copies transmitted by telecopier, which counterparts and/or facsimile transmissions shall have the same force and effect as had the contract been executed in person and in original form.
