Common use of Counterparts; Binding Effect Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Binding Effect. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts (and by facsimile signature, to be followed by manual signature), each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which shall be deemed to constitute a single agreement. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties' respective permitted heirs, successors, and assigns.
