Common use of Counterparts, Captions, and Headings Clause in Contracts

Counterparts, Captions, and Headings. This Agreement may be executed in separate counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but both of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. This Agreement shall become binding when one or both counterparts hereof, individually or taken together, shall bear the signatures of the Parties. The captions or headings contained in this Agreement are included for purposes of convenience only, and shall not affect in any way the meaning or interpretation of any of the terms or provisions of this Agreement.
