Counterparts; Effective Date. This Agreement may be signed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an original, with the same effect as if the signatures thereto and hereto were upon the same instrument. This Agreement shall be deemed signed and effective on the date that all of the Parties exchange facsimile copies of the executed signature pages, which shall be supplemented by original signatures within seven (7) calendar days after such date.
