Common use of Counterparts, Effectiveness, Etc Clause in Contracts

Counterparts, Effectiveness, Etc. This Agreement may be executed by the parties hereto in several counterparts, each of which shall, when executed, be deemed to be an original and all of which shall constitute together but one and the same agreement. This Agreement shall become effective on the date (the "Effective Date") when counterparts hereof executed on behalf of the Borrower, the MLA's, the Principal Facilities Agent and each Lender (or notice thereof satisfactory to the Facility Agent) shall have been received by the Facility Agent.
