This Agreement may be executed by the parties hereto in separate any number of counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed to be an original, but all such counterparts of which together shall together constitute one and the same instrument. This Agreement shall become effective as of the date first set forth herein upon the due execution and delivery of this Agreement when each party hereto shall have received counterparts thereof signed by each of the parties other party hereto.
