Counterparts; Electronic or Facsimile Transmission. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original and all of which together shall be deemed to be one and the same instrument. This Agreement may be delivered by one or both Parties by facsimile or electronic transmission with the same effect as if delivered personally.
