Counterparts; Execution and Delivery by Facsimile. This Amendment may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, but all of which shall constitute one and the same agreement. This Amendment may be executed and delivered by facsimile, with such delivery to be as effective as delivery of an originally executed counterpart hereof.
