Common use of Counterparts; Execution by Facsimile Transmission Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Execution by Facsimile Transmission. This Agreement may be executed in several counterparts, and by the parties hereto on separate counterparts, and each counterpart, when so executed and delivered, shall constitute an original instrument, and all such separate counterparts shall constitute but one and the same instrument. The method of execution of each Loan Document may be by means of facsimile transmission, and delivery of such a facsimile transmission shall be deemed an original for purposes hereof, and each party so delivering a facsimile transmission shall promptly thereafter deliver the original version thereof.
