Common use of Counterparts; Execution of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Execution of Agreement. This Agreement may be executed in separate counterparts, each of which is deemed to be an original and all of which taken together constitute one and the same agreement. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Agreement by facsimile or other electronic transmission, including by e-mail attachment or PDF document, shall be as effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Agreement.
