COUNTERPARTS; FACSIMILE AND SIGNATURES. This Agreement may be signed in any number of counterparts, and such shall be deemed an original together as one and the same document. The parties agree that facsimile signatures which copy shall show the sender's date and time of transmission shall be deemed an original.
