Common use of Counterparts; Facsimile Copies Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Facsimile Copies. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an original, but all of which together shall constitute one instrument. Signatures sent to the other parties by facsimile shall be binding as evidence of acceptance of the terms hereof by such signatory party.
