Common use of Counterparts; Facsimile/Electronic Signatures Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Facsimile/Electronic Signatures. This Agreement may be executed by any one or more of the parties to this Agreement in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, but all such counterparts shall together constitute one and the same instrument. The transmission by facsimile or e-mail of a copy of the execution page hereof reflecting the execution of this Agreement by any party hereto shall be effective to evidence that party’s intention to be bound by this Agreement and that party’s agreement to the terms, provisions and conditions hereof, all without the necessity of having to produce an original copy of such execution page.
