Counterparts; Facsimile/Electronic Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, any one of which need not contain the signatures of more than one Party, but all such counterparts taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument. This Agreement or any counterpart may be executed and delivered by facsimile copies or delivered by electronic communications by portable document format (.pdf), each of which shall be deemed an original.
