Common use of Counterparts; Facsimile or Electronic Signatures Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Facsimile or Electronic Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and by the Parties in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement. Each Party shall become bound by this Agreement immediately upon affixing its signature hereto. Signatures transmitted by facsimile or electronic transmission may be used in place of original signatures on this Agreement, and the Parties intend to be bound by the signatures on any such document transmitted by facsimile or electronic transmission.
