Common use of Counterparts; Facsimile or Electronic Signatures Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Facsimile or Electronic Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Signatures of a party to this Agreement or other documents executed in connection herewith that are sent to the other parties by facsimile transmission or electronic mail shall be binding as evidence of acceptance of the terms hereof or thereof by such signatory party.

Signatures of a party to this Agreement or other documents executed in connection herewith that are sent to the other parties transmitted by facsimile transmission or electronic mail shall transmission may be binding as evidence used in place of acceptance of original signatures on this Agreement, and the terms hereof Parties intend to be bound by the signatures on any such document transmitted by facsimile or thereof by such signatory partyelectronic transmission.
