Common use of Counterparts; Facsimile Transmission of Signatures Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Facsimile Transmission of Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties hereto in separate counterparts, and delivered by means of facsimile, email of .pdf attachment or other electronic transmission, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed to be an original and all of which when taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement. Receipt of a party’s executed signature page to this Agreement by facsimile, email of .pdf attachment or other electronic transmission with permission to release such signature page shall constitute effective execution and delivery of this Agreement by such party.
