Common use of Counterparts; Facsimile Transmission of Signatures Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Facsimile Transmission of Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in two (2) or more counterparts, all of which shall be considered one and the same agreement, and shall become effective when each party has received counterparts signed by each of the other parties, it being understood and agreed that delivery of a signed counterpart of this Agreement by facsimile transmission or by email shall constitute valid and sufficient delivery thereof.
