Common use of Counterparts; Facsimile Transmission Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Facsimile Transmission. This Agreement may be executed in several counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which counterparts collectively shall constitute one instrument, and in making proof of this Agreement, it shall never be necessary to produce or account for more than one such counterpart. Signatures of a party to this Agreement or other documents executed in connection herewith which are sent to the other parties by facsimile transmission shall be binding as evidence of acceptance of the terms hereof or thereof by such signatory party, with originals to be circulated to the other parties in due course.
