Common use of Counterparts; Facsimile Transmission Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Facsimile Transmission. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original but all of which shall constitute one and the same agreement. Each party to this Agreement agrees that its own facsimile signature will bind it and that it accepts the facsimile signature of each other party to this Agreement.
