Common use of Counterparts; Facsimiles or PDF Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Facsimiles or PDF. This Agreement may be executed in one (1) or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original and all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument. Facsimile or PDF execution and delivery of this Agreement by either Party will constitute a legal, valid and binding execution and delivery of this Agreement by such Party.
