Counterparts; Fax Execution. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original and all of which together will be considered one and the same agreement. This Agreement may be executed by fax delivery of a signed signature page to the other parties and such fax execution will be effective for all purposes.
