This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original and all of which when taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement. A signature hereto sent or delivered by facsimile or other electronic transmission shall be as legally binding and enforceable as a signed original for all purposes.
