Counterparts; Further Assurances. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which, when taken together, shall constitute one and the same instrument. Each Party agrees to perform all such acts (including but not limited to, executing and delivering instruments and documents) as reasonably may be necessary to comply with recording requirements or to otherwise fully effectuate each and all of the purposes and intent of this Agreement.
