Counterparts; Interpretation. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. This Agreement supersedes all prior discussions and agreements between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and this Agreement contains the sole and entire agreement among the Parties with respect to the matters covered hereby.
