Counterparts; Multiple Originals. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, all of which together shall constitute one agreement binding on each of the Parties. Each of the Parties may sign any number of copies of this Agreement. Each signed copy shall be deemed to be an original, but all of them together shall represent one and the same agreement.
