Common use of COUNTERPARTS; NO ORIGINALS Clause in Contracts

COUNTERPARTS; NO ORIGINALS. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall constitute an original, and all the counterparts shall together constitute one and the same agreement. The exchange of a fully executed version of this Agreement (in counterparts or otherwise) by electronic transmission (including pdf or other digital format including any electronic signature complying with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Xxx 0000, e.g., xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx) or by facsimile and any counterpart so delivered shall be deemed to have been duly and validly delivered and be valid and effective for all purposes and shall be sufficient to bind the Parties to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. No exchange of original signatures is necessary.
