Common use of Counterparts of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Counterparts of Agreement. This Agreement may be signed in any number of counterparts by the Parties hereto, each of which will be deemed to be an original, and all of which together will be deemed one and the same instrument. This Agreement, if executed in counterparts, will be valid and binding on a party as if fully executed all on one copy. Counterpart executions may be made by facsimile.
