Common use of Counterparts of Amendment Clause in Contracts

Counterparts of Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received from the Credit Parties and the Required Senior Lenders either (i) a counterpart of this Amendment signed on behalf of the Lenders which are parties to the Credit Agreement and an amendment to the Note Purchase Agreement signed on behalf of the Noteholders which are parties to the Note Purchase Agreement or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include telecopy transmission of a signed signature page of this Amendment) that such parties have signed counterparts of such Agreements.

Counterparts of Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received from the Credit Parties and the Required Senior Lenders either (i) a counterpart of this Amendment signed on behalf of the Lenders Noteholders which are parties to the Credit Note Purchase Agreement and an amendment to the Note Purchase Credit Agreement signed on behalf of the Noteholders Lenders which are parties to the Note Purchase Agreement or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include telecopy transmission of a signed signature page of this Amendment) that such parties have signed counterparts of such AgreementsAmendments.
