Common use of Counterparts of Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Counterparts of Loan Documents. The Administrative Agent (or Special Counsel) shall have received from the Borrower and each other Loan Party party thereto, from each Lender, if any, party thereto and from JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent, either (i) a counterpart of this Agreement, the Security Agreement, the Collateral Trust Agreement and each other Loan Document signed on behalf of such party or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include an email or telecopy transmission of a signed signature page) that such party has signed a counterpart thereto.
