COUNTERPARTS; PHOTOCOPIED OR TELECOPIED SIGNATURE PAGES. Any Loan Document may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall constitute an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Delivery of a photocopy or telecopy of an executed counterpart of a signature page to any Loan Document shall be as effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of such Loan Document.
