Counterparts; Scanned Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts (each of which shall be deemed to be an original but all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement) and shall become effective when one or more counterparts have been signed by each of the parties and delivered (by fax, Portable Document Format (PDF) or other means of electronic transmission) to the other parties. Facsimile or other electronically scanned and transmitted signatures shall be deemed originals for all purposes of this Agreement.
