This Agreement may be executed, accepted and delivered in any number of counterparts, but all counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same instrument. The underlined section headings are inserted for convenience of reference only and are not to be construed as part of this Agreement. The use of the masculine or neuter gender includes each of the other genders.
