Common use of Counterparts; Section Headings Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Section Headings. This Agreement may be executed, accepted, and delivered in any number of counterparts, electronic signature, and by facsimile transmission, each of which shall be an original, but such counterparts together constitute but one and the same instrument. The section headings are inserted for convenience only and are not to be construed as part of this Agreement.

The section headings of this Agreement are inserted for convenience only and are not to of reference only. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Agreement by facsimile or other form of electronic communication shall be construed effective as part delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Agreement.
