Counterparts; Signature Pages. This Agreement may be executed in two counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Any signature page delivered by a fax machine, telecopy machine, or via electronic mail in .pdf or equivalent format shall be binding to the same effect as an original signature page.
