Common use of Counterparts; Telecopied Signatures Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Telecopied Signatures. This Second Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties to this Second Amendment on separate counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and shall be binding upon all parties, their successors and assigns. Any signature delivered or transmitted by a party by facsimile transmission shall be deemed to be an original signature hereto.
